Desludging and rehabilitation of a 37 ML treatment lagoon, including the excavation, drying, handling and off-site disposal of up to 28,000 m³ of water treatment residuals to prepare the facility for a major treatment plant upgrade. Key deliverables included construction of access ramps and drying beds, lagoon dewatering, sludge processing and haulage operations, surface water management, and enabling works to support future storage capacity and the construction of new plant infrastructure.
